• Share our experiences as women in this world unique to this time in history
• Create community as we engage in this shared experience
• Ground ourselves through “Three Centered Meditations” 
• Find freedom through setting unique boundaries that we can create and honor in our lives
• Discover qualities of our individual communication styles
• Uncover ways to deal with the challenges our personalities face and develop practices to transform our lives
